why discipleship training school?
The vision of Antioch’s Discipleship Training School (DTS) is to equip DTS Students to respond to their love for God by vibrantly living out the Great Commandment and passionately pursuing the Great Commission. This vision comes to life as students are challenged to live a lifestyle of Loving Obedience to Jesus that is rooted in the Word of God, the empowering of the Holy Spirit, and a healthy and whole view of their identity in Christ. The more we come to know and love Him, the more transformed we become. This doesn’t come from striving or legalities, but from responding to the gracious and loving persons of God.
Discipleship Training School welcomes adult students from any stage of life or background who have a hunger to grow their life with Jesus. DTS is a fun, powerful and transformative program designed to facilitate spiritual growth in any willing person. In the past 25 years, thousands of students have met God in powerful ways through the Antioch’s Training Schools across the U.S. and are now serving God in a variety of capacities all over the world: in the workplace, in their homes, and as vocational missionaries.

DATES: August 30, 2026 - May 2027
RETREAT: August 21-22, 2026
CLASS SCHEDULE: A hybrid schedule meeting every other week: 2 in-person Sunday afternoon classes per month, alternating with 2 self-paced remote learning weeks.
In-person classes are from 1:30-5:30 PM on Sunday afternoons.
In addition to the alternating in-person and remote weeks, there will be an additional Discipleship Group meeting once per month outside of these class times.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: July 15th, 2026
COST: $900-1,100 per student (dependent upon on final class size)
* Tuition covers cost of speakers, facilities, retreat, and other resources. NOTE: Books are not covered in tuition costs.
* In June, we will take an international mission trip that is not covered in the cost of tuition. Students will generally raise funds for this.
